    Is there a product that I can buy that is suitable. The ingredients are hard for me to find at my grocery. Also love the plan but there is a great deal of preparation.

    Hi, BGSMITH58. Both Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s have excellent boxed stuffing products (for example, “Whole Foods 365 Organic Multigrain Stuffing Mix” and “Trader Joe’s Cornbread Stuffing Mix.” In general, try to find a product that is whole grain.
