I do not like almond milk or soy or Rey. Milk. Can I substitute Covonut milk? I like to make smoothies. How do I incorporate those into my diet? I love dessert. But, my meal plan does not suggest any for the week – even healthy ones. How can I add some so I don’t feel deprived?
Hi, Camiperryman. Yes, you can substitute with beverage-style coconut milk (we do recommend fortified). With regard to smoothies, you can have them instead of any of the snacks. As for dessert, you can have dessert every day, if you wish – it is referred to as a “sweet” exchange.
