    Hi This is my first day I’m English, I do a great deal of cooking but have never seen coconut sugar, could you help me please, or give me an alternative. Is Wholewheat the same as Wholemeal. You may guess I’m new to this sort of thing.

    I Love coconut sugar. I get it at Costco In Canada(B.C.) It apparently does not spike your sugar as other substitutes do. Give it a try. Look it up first to see if you want to use it.
