    Is coffee allowed.? What do you use for cream and sugar

    Hi, Marla. Coffee is fine. For cream, we recommend you use natural options such as dairy or coconut cream (1 Tbsp or 15 ml = 1 fat exchange), or dairy half-and-half or coconut milk (2 Tbsp = 1 fat exchange).
