Thanks Ossie, I’ll try it!
I usually use 1 tsp of pure white sugar in my coffee or tea. What would be the best substitute for that. I do not really like the equal or all of the artificial sweeteners, I don’t think they are good for you but I need something, don’t like the taste of black coffee. Thanks!
Hi, Teresa. We definitely don’t want you using artificial sweeteners either! If it is a small amount such as a teaspoon day and you like the “white” taste, we suggest xylitol or erythritol (which you can find at health-oriented stores such as whole foods, or online). If you don’t mind a maple sort of taste, you can try coconut or whole/raw cane sugar (found in the same sorts of stores).
