I just joined. The website has lots of information but I lack time. I set up my meals to be auto selected. Love this but looking for a substitution list. I have what I think a good selections of foods in my home but it is pairing them up that I find will be my struggle. I would like to use what I have so looking for that substitution list. Would I just go to the create menu site?
Also, I love my coffee…can I have coffee?

Hi, lgruiz69, and welcome. That is indeed the solution!
As for coffee, that is a “free” beverage, and so does not need to be included in your menu planner – just the whiteners and sweeteners, if you use them. Other than that, we suggest not drinking more than 4 cups (32 fluid ounces or 900 ml) per day.
