Oh God I hope so! I’m keeping an eye on your post for any answers. I’ve just started and can’t seem to find any advice regarding drinks, I like coffee (with single cream!), tea and Pepsi Max. What are the chances of being able to get away with that! I can’t get excited about green tea although I must confess, I have never tried it!

Hi, you two. Tea and coffee are fine. They are actually “free” drinks, meaning you don’t need to count them in your menu – you just need to count what you add to them. Dairy milk and cream are fine, as are natural non-dairy milks and creams (e.g., from almond, coconut, etc.); just avoid artificial sweeteners and whiteners, if you can. The sweetener issue is why we don’t recommend diet colas. It’s better to make your own from plain carbonated water, a natural low-carb sweetener, and flavor extract (yes, they make cola!) or squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice.

    Hi Chris,
For more detailed explanations of beverages (including alcohol), be sure to have a look at our Quick Start Guide located in your My Downloads area.
    Hope this helps 😉
