I need to know if I can use coffe with splenda and non fat milk for breakfast. Also I drink crystal lite during the day..Any problem with that life style?
Splenda is no good use stevita instead its more natural, can help with crystal lite as I don’t know what it is, water is best, also green tea and herbal tea I also drink black coffee
So is stevia ok for when I need to sweeten something? Also – what about half and half or cream for my coffee? I heard it was a good fat like butter??
Yes, Stevia is one of the natural sweeteners recommended in this program. The fats in half-and-half, cream, and butter are not “good” fats, but rather they are not as bad as the fats in artificial substitutes that contain super-bad trans-fats. For whitening your coffee, perhaps you could work your way toward using regular milk – if you can’t make the change all at once, perhaps try gradually diluting the half-and-half.
