I can’t seem to find advice on how much coffee or tea allowed, or if at all. I just can’t do without my morning and evening coffee or tea.
Hi, Sunshine. Coffee and tea are considered “free,” and not prohibited (just be careful what you put in there to sweeten and whiten!). The following are some articles we published here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/has-coffee-gotten-a-bad-rap/ and http://www.trimdownclub.com/all-about-green-tea/.
Is there any sweetener that is safe to use?
Hi, sakstrange. Absolutely! You can read about recommended sweeteners here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2/.
