I am BRAND NEW to the Trim Down Club and my 1st question has to do with COFFEE!
I use Land’O Lakes half & half to lighten my coffee – is this a good choice or should I be looking at something else? Also, what is the safest way to sweeten my coffee when I want a sweeter choice
Hi, Shandac, and welcome! We suggest pasture-raised organic dairy over conventions products such as the Land O’Lakes line, which uses less natural ingredients. Such a product line is Organic Valley (http://www.organicvalley.coop/products/creamers/), for example.
As for the sweeteners, the following is a link to our article on the topic http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2/. The best choices are monk fruit and inulin (chicory root sweetener).
