Newbie here 🙂 I put a scoop of Collagen Peptides (grass fed and pasture raised) in my tea every morning. 70 cals; 0 carb; 0 sugar, 18 gram Pro. Would this be considered a Protein Exchange. Also, for MCT oil powder – is that considered a Fat exchange? 1 Scoop = 4 g Fat; 4 g Carb; 1 sugar
Hi, megmiller77. Yes! You are correct about both of those. Note that if you use several scoops of the MCT powder, it will add up to a carbohydrate exchange as well (each carb = 15 grams).
