    I wonder how much be the portion sizes of each of them ?
    THE TIMES WHEN TO HAVE THEM IN A DAY TO COMPLETE 6 .

    i mean ideal breakfast time
    then snack time?
    lunch time.

    similarly go on..

    what time for excerise. .. ?

    Just saw this and thought I would chime in! I start @ 6 AM and eat every 3 hours! I get hungry and look at the clock and it’s time to eat! I work and after work I do a 30 minute workout and change it up everyday! You do this what fits best for you! best wishes!!

    How much weight have you lost using this. I think I like the idea of eating every 3 hours. It keeps me from being so hungry for my main meal.
