MemberHi, dgharris. The menus produced by the Menu Planner application and Ready-to-Go menus have these, and you can use them as examples. Basically, we recommend combining high-fiber carbohydrates with proteins, good fats such as omega-3 and omega-9, and fruits or vegetables.

MemberHi, Sharon am just visiting in the USA presently in Boston but when I get back to Nigeria the menu becomes a challenge because most of the item are not available and those available are expensive because of importation charges. How do I substitute. Knowing right amounts as well?

MemberHi, Loveudohfia. Many of the foods are similar to those in Nigeria – just substitute local legumes, nuts, grains, vegetables, fruits, and any animal products you may eat.

MemberNow are we able to pull something off of another days menu if we don’t have on hand what was listed? For example it’s Monday and I am eating Monday’s menu but find I have Thursdays breakfast items on hand, is it ok to mix days/ menus for the week?
