Our menu last night included Ahi steak. While I know Soy Sauce is a no-no, what about wasabi and pickled ginger? Also what about banana peppers and jalopena peppers? Couldn’t find them.
Thanks,
Marvelous arlene
Hi, Marlene. Soy sauce isn’t a no-no if it doesn’t have MSG (and you don’t have kidney failure). Wasabi and pickled ginger are WONDERFUL, as are peppers. You can’t find them because they’re “free,” meaning you don’t have to count them in your menu.
