am I allowed to have BBQ sauce
Hi, Alice61. Yes, but there are a couple of things to look out for. First, we recommend to use a barbecue sauce with all natural ingredients, which means no fructose syrup, etc. Second, a little goes a long way – more than a tablespoon will need to be counted as an exchange; to deal with this, cut back a little on the starchy carbohydrate courses.
Hi Ossie-Sharon . I m sorry if this is the incorrect forum to ask this. I joined tdc over 3yrs ago and found there were many active groups that I found helpful in that I could ask for tips and post encouragement for others. Since rejoining I find most of these are inactive and tdc doesn’t seem to have the same positive tools .
Could you enlighten me
Thanks
Hi, kemason610. We have moved those threads to the “Group Forums” area.
