Where do I find the measurement conversion tables? e.g. what does one cup equal in solid and liquid measures? Also what does ‘sprouted’ mean? I have never heard the term.
Ivor
Hi, Ivor. I sent you a measurement conversion table to your e-mail. You can also similar tables online. One cup is a volume measurement, so it is equal to 240 ml. In terms of mass measurements, most foods are different. You can get an idea of those measurements here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
You can read more about “sprouted” here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-SWG-bread.
