The beginning of the school fiscal year is a perfect occasion to re-new my personal goals towards improving my fitness plans. Going from one building to another at the college where I teach, affords me fast-paced walking and stair-climbing opportunities which also serve to remind me why I need to stick to my diet plan.
A diet-friendly routine is a great way to make it all second-nature. Hopefully your new habits will become ingrained enough so you can adjust your between-school-year habits and continue.
