I have only been using this eating plan for a week. I am already losing weight, which is great, but I’m getting very constipated. This is probably because I used to eat much more fruit. Any suggestions? I’d prefer a natural solution, rather than drugs.
Hi, janning49, and congratulations. The constipation is actually more likely to be due to the jump in other sources of fibers, such as the grain products. I would suggest to back off a little, and then gradually reintroduce the upgrades every few days. Remember to drink lots of water, too!
