can you cook ahead of time, like pasta and things, pack for lunch during the week
I cook large portions of meat (chicken, roast, pork loin) and use the leftovers all week for meals. There is no reason why you can’t go ahead and cook ahead of time as long as the food is prepared healthily. I see it as being prepared for the busy week so it is easier to stick to the program.
Definitely! That’s a great idea, and can also help with portion-control.
