i have just started and am noticing that all the recipes are enough to feed at least six people. My wife and i are alone on this thing. I realize i’m going to have to empty the cupboards of all the regular flour and processed foods but i cant eat Quiche every day and i doesnt store well. how well does this stuff freeze? should i get a vacuum sealer? can i cut the recipe in half?where do i shop for SWG products? HELP!!
Hi mshattles,
Plan your cooking to create leftovers. It’s easier to cook just 2 or 3 meals a week, rather than 6 or 7: you can freeze and reheat leftovers. You’ll save time, money and power.
Additionally, click on the following link for a detailed list of places where you can buy SWG: http://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods/
Best 🙂
Hi, mshattles. Another option is to downsize the recipes – see our guide here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/right-sizing-food-preparation/.
