Is dried cottage cheese considered the same in our menu as just the Cottage Cheese with less then 1% fat. Or should it be counted differently since it has a higher content of Carbs per serving. If so how much should I reduce by to meet the same portion as normal cottage cheese.
Hi, Xerelise. It would be the same, since the total carbs aren’t enough to make much of a difference, especially “packaged” with protein.
Perfect. I love to mix it with berries and nuts for breakfast.
