I am new to this. I have already made alteration to my foods within the last few months by stopping fast foods and sweets.I am wanting to maintain a 1200-1400 calories a day diet. Can I get some help with the meals the trim club has generated……?
Hi, Sweetpea, and welcome. Congratulations on the positive changes you have already made!
The Menu Planner takes into account your nutritional needs, and as you continue to lose weight, the food amounts will decrease to support your dropping weight.
1200-1400 calories a day is much too low for you, and will ultimately result in weight gain. Just be patient, and if you can get in any sort of physical activity – even just walking 20 minutes per day (even in front of the TV will do), so much the better.
