What kind of crackers can you have?
Hi, gaylenlawrence. We recommend whole grain (whole wheat, brown rice, or other whole grain) crackers without artificial additives. The following is an example of the type of thing we recommend (ingredients list):
“Wholegrain rye flour 69 %, whole grain oat flour and flakes 7 %, wholegrain barley flour 4 %, wholegrain wheat flour 4 %, sugar syrup, linseeds, water, rye malt, millet 2 %, sesame seeds, salt and yeast”
