Can you please tell me how much in grams is a cup measurement for things such as porridge / potatoe/ milk ect don’t want to overeat
Hi, Amanda. Each is quite different in grams, so it’s best to measure in volume. Each cup = 240 ml.
How do you measure an ounces? When a recipe calls for 2 ounces of this or that. Is it measure by a tsp. Or tbsp?
Hi, Mima904. It depends what it is.
Meat, solid cheese, and chocolate: each ounce is the 1/4 the size of the palm of your hand.
Fluids and semi-fluids (such as yogurt, ice cream): 8 ounces = 1 cup or 240 ml
If you have designated that you are in the US, fruits and vegetables will appear in cups.
