Tagged: menus from what I have on hand
I have made a list of what I have in the house to eat. Most fits very nicely in the 90% range, but it is all I have or will have for about 2 weeks. I’d like to use my list to make a menu. Is there any method other than the old fashioned figure it out…
Also, Isn’t Stevia a sugar substitute?
Hi, trudonna. The Menu Planner will soon include a shopping list builder, so no worries there.
As for Stevia, it is a natural sugar substitute (as are monk fruit and xylitol) and so they are considered acceptable according to program principles.
