DPetersMemberI’ve been following the program for three weeks and doing quite well. I do how ever seem to miss the evening snack more often then not. By the time I finish dinner clean up do a couple things I’m really not hungry but am ready to go to bed. Does it matter if I leave the evening snack out all together.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, DPeters. No problem. However, if that last snack contains a fruit/vegetable or calcium source, try to stuff it in somewhere earlier in the day so that you get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and 3 servings of calcium-rich foods each day.

DPetersMemberThanks for that . Going into my fourth week and feeling really great. I have never managed to stay on any program for this long before. I have even lost a little weight, a bonus that is helping me feel better as well.
