MemberSometimes I get up late as I am retired and eat the breakfast but skip the 1st snack. I sometimes eat that snack at lunch with somethings from lunch and then eat the 2nd snack with things from lunch. Is this ok.

MemberCan you substitute a protein shake of some kind for the lunch? I’m having trouble eating all of the food.

MemberHi, Mariannelmurphy. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry. You can cut back a little on some of the portions in general, particularly the starchy carbs at lunch and dinner. For the lunches, you can also try a fruit-diary shake (no need for protein powders), perhaps with some freshly ground chia or flaxseeds. We have many recipes you can use.

MemberHi, Mir. That’s fine. You can also make your own bars and freeze them for future use. We have recipes for both those and shakes in our collection.
