I am just starting out and finding that selecting elements of food is difficult. I don’t eat meat but do eat fish, if I say I am vegetarian I can’t then get fish to appear in the menus but do get quorn which is great but if I say I do eat meat I wont see Quorn, how can I manage to keep both fish and Quorn in my weekly menu plan, if I have two menus for one week and pick out days from both I wont then know the healthy eating percentage, not critical but nice. Other than that I like the daily menus and the flexibility of exchanging elements.
Hi Moetmum,
Maybe it is best for you to not select a dietary need and simply select from the full list of foods using the Personal Menu Planner option.
Best 🙂
Thank you, still struggling to navigate the system but getting there.
