HELP…. the only dairy i eat is chesse. never drank milk, eat eggs yogurt, cream or similar prodcts. I only eat chicken turkey or fish! I don’t eat cabbage, brocoli cauliflour, sprouts being a new member where do I start.

Thanks for writing to us.
It looks like you would do best using the full Personal Menu Planner application, so that you can choose the foods that work for you and avoid the ones that don’t. You can access it through the “Apps” link near the top of each site page, the far right selection.
Keep in mind that while creating a menu, mark your favorite foods with a ‘heart icon’ this way more of them are added to future menus. Additionally, after you create your menu, you will have the option to ‘remove’ foods from future menus by clicking on the ‘remove’ icon to the right of the foods that you dislike.
