I have not found CHOCOLATE anywhere yet. Anyone know if/HOW to incorporate a little DARK CHOCOLATE into the menus?
Hi, lowellsuz. Dark chocolate is considered a “sweet” exchange (1 ounce = 1 exchange), and you can substitute it for any sweet on your menu other than a fruit exchange. If you want to be sure it is budgeted into your meal, click on the edit tool (a pencil icon) at the upper right of the meal header, then select foods for your meal, including the chocolate. You will be guided by your meal pattern, which has been pre-calculated to meet your needs and goals.
