3 ounces of Turkey, White meat, pastured
3/4 cup of Green Peas
1 Tbsp of Sauce, Barbecue
1 serving of Vegetables of Your Choice
2 tsps of Oil, Olive
how does that work out in a recipe.
Hi, Theresa. You can either find a poultry recipe for the turkey that you like, or bake it with the barbecue sauce; the peas are a side, and you can have a salad as your vegetables of choice, with a dressing using the olive oil (along with lemon juice, vinegar, and/or herbs/spices, all of which are “free.”
