Hello from Perth Australia, I’ve just joined TDC today!
I have a very busy desk job & really dont get out of my chair more than to eat lunch & go home, often hrs after everybody else.
Has anyone got any realistic fitness tricks that can simply be done at a desk. I just feel like i waste 8hrs on fitness sitting here. Also would love to know your great ideas for “desk nibbles” as I’m always chewing gum but its boring.
Look forward to your replies & maybe where you’re from too if you like, I’m heading to USA later this year or early 2015.

Hi, MicheleLouise, and welcome. In the Menu Planner, there are lists of nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables that make great nibbles; popcorn may also work, as can crackers and cheese. You may also find sipping on soup, homemade shakes, or even tea to be a way to slip in extra vegetables and fluids while “nibbling”.
