I love tapioca! I can make it with eggs or egg whites, stevia and milk of any grade. Can I have it? Where should I put it and with what? Thanks!
Hi, Pat. That sounds great! Whether you use whole eggs or egg whites depends on your medical history and choice of eggs – if you use organic omega-3 or pastured eggs, whole is fine. Similarly with milk, organic pastured is best; we don’t recommend skim milk unless it is bluish, as whiteners are not so healthy. A portion would be 1/2 cup, and while desserts are usually put into the last snack of the day, since you’re making it with Stevia, you could have it at any snack, along with a piece of fruit or 2 tablespoons of nuts.
