MemberI was very recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am looking for menus that are specific to a type 2 diabetic person. Is this possible?

MemberI joined this program because I have been diabetic for many years. !0 actually this month. I was doing pretty good with meds and diet and had my A1C down to 5.7 and had even lost about 50 pounds. I got hurt in 2015 and was bed ridden for nearly 11 months. Since then my sugars have been wildly high and my meds have been adjusted almost 4 times. The next step will be insulin I am afraid. After looking over this plan it looked like a good way to lower my A1C which is my goal. Currently I have an A1C of 9.6 and my goal is to get back to the 5.8 I was prior to getting hurt. Weight loss is a benefit but not really my goal. I am hopimg that this program will help me stay motivated to get that A1C down, and maybe even lose a little weight.
