    Hi, lindaleee9. Is your menu here very different from how you were eating before? If so, what are the differences?

    Hello this is my very first day on this app I just found out I have high sugar I don’t see where I could put that all I see is low sugar so I’m trying to wash my carbon intake because I have to take my sugar for the last 3 days and it is over 400 I’m going to call him on Friday or Monday cuz it’s Saturday now and see what he’s going to do but till then I would like to try to be right

    My problem is it has to be bringing my sugar down because it’s already at 400

    Hi, Crymen1982. This entire program is designed to balance blood sugar (including bringing down high levels), so you don’t need to enter that anywhere.
