MemberToday I’ve joined to help reduce my husband’s sugar levels, which will also help me reduce my weight. Nonetheless, has anyone noticed a difference using this plan to help reduce sugar levels and does anyone have any advice that helped them reduce their levels? Have an awesome day!!!

Memberim starting to wonder the same thing, I came here to lower my blood sugars and lose weight, the foods are not matching what I know, and I don’t want a bunch of weird foods

MemberI joined yesterday and the suggested foods does seem high in carbs, higher than I prefer, but I understand because that is normal for some people and carbs can be good if you do right by them. However I am not pleased with the meal generator. At first I liked the options but I found that you can not make more than one or two meal plans. Sure you can edit the individual options but if only 1 or 2 meal plans are generated over a course of 6 months then that’s what I expected. Granted I am a vegan and opted out of other food options as well but there were still enough food items to generate more than 2 meal plans. I kept getting an error and now it won’t let me generate any meal plans at all.

MemberHi, JoyBrown 5 and BCuzlsw. It looks like you both may be better served by the personal version of the Menu Planner application. With that tool, you can select the foods and preparation methods to go into your menus, hopefully utilizing healthy recommendations in our downloadable guides. To take advantage of this, just click on the edit tool (pencil icon) at the upper right of each meal header, then make food choices from the searchable master food list. You will be guided by your meal pattern, which has been calculated to meet your nutritional needs and goals.
