Because my diabetes is controlled by knowing the carbohydrates per meal is it possible to know the carb content in the meal plan?
Hi, Eva. When you get your menu, click on “View Menu Exchanges” (to the right of the menu), and note the following:
Every “Carbohydrate,” “Fruit,” and “Sweet” exchange provides about 15 grams of carbohydrates (or 22 total with 5 grams of this as fiber)
Every “Vegetable” exchange provides about 5-7 grams.
Is my menu specifically made for my weight loss? It seems very high in calories. Today was 1833. However my blood sugar was perfect. I sure don’t want to gain.
Hi, Eva. The menu is made for weight loss through rightsizing your food rather than major deprivation.
What is your height, weight, and age? Activity level? I can run some calculations for you.
