I have a high stress job in the OR… and I have to eat on the run between surgeries… can u help me devise a menu plan for breakfast and lunch…. I have no time to really sit down and eat. YOu eat when u can. So I need something quick and simple, but filling. Thank you.
Many of the whole foods in the Menu Planner are suitable for snacking. Note the many protein-rich nuts, seeds, and cheeses, as well as high-fiber crackers, fruits, and vegetables. You can also make nutrient-dense shakes and put them in 16-oz water bottles, or just take with you pints of organic low- or non-fat milk if you like. If you wish, when you have time, you can make some of the muffin recipes, which you can take with you like a protein bar.
When you go through the Menu Planner application, be sure to check these items for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and you will get the plans you want. If you hit a snag, please let us know.
