I am form Puerto Rico, so my cultural eating may differ from your menu meal plan. How can I eat most of my cultural foods such as yams, plantains, rice and meats? How can I adapt your eating meal plans to me? Also a lot of the ingredients used on your recipes are not accessible to me here on the island. Thanks
Hi, wrivera. Absolutely. That is the reason we list the foods in the meus in a generic manner, so that you can prepare them as you wish. I recommend that you switch to the personal version of the Menu Planner application (the right-most option here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner), so that you can select the specific foods that suit you.
