I have Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and have followed a special eating plan for breakfast everyday. Is there a way to keep this breakfast and have my lunch, dinner and snacks make up the rest of my days requirements? My breakfast is 2 boiled organic eggs, 1 oz of walnuts, 1/2 – 3/4 cup berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries) a cup of unsweetened pure cranberry juice (diluted 1-4 with water) and black coffee. Lunch is usually a salad with some protein but would like help with the dinners and snacks. I feel this has helped me keep from requiring treatments and am reluctant to make a change. Thanks
Hi, Hertha. Your breakfast looks excellent, and the general nutrient pattern is similar to what we suggest. Just eat that and ignore whatever breakfast pops up on your menu.
