Hi. I have just returned to trim down Club and I have a question. I did not opt for the keto diet so why am I supposed to fry an egg in oil for a snack. This is a lot of calories before going to bed and the taste of an egg in oil, yuk. Can you explain please
Hi, MaryannGagne, and welcome back! That snack is not intended to be keto, but rather to be filling through the night, so that you don’t wake up and become tempted to snack. You absolutely can swap that for something else, like 2 tablespoons of nuts or seeds, or 6 ounces of yogurt (plain, that you sweeten yourself with something natural and no-cal like Stevia and/or erythritol).
