Please i need to know the difference between SWG (sprouted whole grain) and (100% whole grain). if they are different please can you advise me on where to buy the (SWG product)like SWG puff pastry, tortillas, wraps, burrito, rolls, sandwich buns and tostada shells. when i went shopping i saw tostada it was written 100% whole grain but did not have SWG ON IT SO I WAS NOT SURE IF THAT WAS THE RIGHT ONE RECOMMENDED. Also i will like to know if 100% whole grain yellow corn tortillas are ok. i look forward to your reply as i am ready to start my menu. Thanks for your encouragement.
