Do I have to eat everything that’s listed for breakfast at breakfast and everything that’s listed for snack at snack time or can I “mix and match” as long as I get it all in in the specific day? Also, can the food be broken down to be eaten more than 6 times a day? When I’m at work it’s easier to eat a little something every couple of hours.
Hi, Kim. Yes! You absolutely can mix and match throughout the day. As for eating more often, as long as it isn’t non-stop (i.e. “grazing”) that’s fine. Every couple of hours is excellent.
