    Hi,
I’d like to incorporate hot chocolate into my plan. If I use organic cocoa powder, do I need to count this as a serving of fat? How many servings of fat should I count per teaspoon added?

    Kind regards, Raisay

Hi, Raisay. It depends on the type of cocoa you use, as well as what else is in the beverage, i.e. milk and sweetener. Can you list those here?
