Tagged: when to start eating less
Hi – I have lost about 2 pounds so far, which is better than I’ve done on any other diet. When do I have to start eating less? Or do I? If so, how is that reflected in my menus? Do I have to update my weight and then regenerate menus?
Great question! I am interested in how this gets answered. To add on, when I update my weight, does the menu automatically compensate? Thanks!
Hi, you two. There are indeed several levels of food amounts, but they are stair-like rather than a downward slope. When your weight drops significantly, you will start getting less food.
So are you saying that we need to update our weight and then regenerate the menus?
Hi, YT2252. Yes – you got it!
