    Are exercises for weight loss and toning listed on the website? If so, how do I find and retrieve the formation?

    I am 63 years old. Most of your exercises suh as the toning routine would be to hard for me. I took a class once with a clinical dietitian and therapist and they modified workouts for older people and people with limitations. Do you have anything like that for people?

    Hi I am a sad and frustrated person.. Intolerance to foods and not allowed to exercise. Fell and broke my humerous (not a bit funny) and injured my ankle and knee. Was told I would never walk again but fortunately with special insoles and mediboots I can walk for abut 5 mins. Not allowed into gym or baths, Health and Safety hazard. Anyone any ideas for losing weight? hate food and can’t exercise.

    Can someone tell be what coconut butter is? Also is sprouted whole grains okay for those with celeiac disease?

    Hi, kalynnjade. Coconut butter is the fat from coconut fruit in concentrated form. You can read more about the various coconut products available in our article here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-coconut-craze.
    Most sprouted whole grain products are based on wheat, but some are gluten-free. Example: http://www.foodforlife.com/product/breads/sprouted-life-gluten-free-original.
    Some people with mild celiac have reported being able to better tolerate sprouted wheat, but I wouldn’t advise anyone with true celiac to risk it.

    Hi Christy thanks for your reply greatly appreciated, I already do this workout most days & have done for quite a few weeks now & I thoroughly enjoy it but I was wondering if there are any more great exercises like this that I can do for a change, I just need a bit more variety & some days I feel I would like to push myself that lil bit more, again many thanks
