I found a product in the produce section that I’d like to check on. It’s dried okra. Ingredients: okra, nonhydrogenated canola oil, sea salt. If so, how much can I have and what would it count? Thanks.
Hi, Deborah. That snack sounds great, as long as the canola is organic and/or GMO. It would count as a vegetable and a fat (check the label to see how much fat is in a serving – 5 grams is one exchange here).
