MemberHello, This is my first day. I have to take an iron supplement everyday and so far the only way I have been able to keep from getting nauseas is to take it with orange juice. The presentation that interested me into this site said OJ is bad. What else can I drink to keep me from getting sick? Thank you

MemberHi, DeanneC, and welcome 🙂 The presentation actually referred to store-bought orange juice. If you squeeze it at home, it’s fine. Just keep in mind that each 1/2 cup (120 ml) is a fruit exchange.

MemberHi O-S , read the cherry article and it has inspired me to buy some for a better sleep , well that’s the hope ! Montmorency cherry juice concentrate 30ml is the recommended dose ,doesn’t say when to take , but the article is talking about morning & night
How will this fit in my menu and is there exchanges or freeMarch 7, 2017 at 11:38 pm #38006Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Ossie11. Each 30 ml is equal to a fruit exchange. Because of the sugar content, it can’t be a free exchange.
