Hi I live in the UK and came across this eating plan! My first day and feeling very excited! I work in an office where hot drinks (tea and coffee) are in constant supply! Is there a limit to the number of hot drinks per day? I don’t take sugar in any of my drinks, my coffee is black and my tea is organic rooibos with a dash of skimmed milk. Look forward to hearing from anyone! 🙂
Hi, CLBBedford. No – coffee and tea are “free,” so you can drink them as you like.
If you want to have a glass of wine or beer with your dinner, should you eat less of the food?
Hi, sfunngtp03. Each 4 fluid ounces (120 ml) of dry wine, 7 fluid ounces (200 ml) of regular beer, or 12 fluid ounces (340 ml) of light beer are each equal to 1 carbohydrate + 1 fat exchange.
