MemberNewbie- figuring it all out & can’t understand why when ceareal / porridge is an option why milk doesn’t come as an option with it? I chose to use milk & didn’t have the cheese (only dairy option shown) Anyone????
Also beverages? I like a coffee with a splash of milk in the morning and the tiniest amount of agave (rest of the time its water & fruit / cammomile tea) again I can’t see where this is incorporated?July 7, 2015 at 4:42 pm #30055katiebullock49

MemberHi, phelanangela, and welcome. Milk should indeed come with it. If you see something similar, click on it, and you will see a list of swap options, of which milk should be one.
Coffee and tea are “free” beverages, so you don’t need to count them. Splashes of milk are fine – don’t worry about counting those, if they are indeed small. As for the agave, if it is just a tiny amount, that’s fine, too. You can read more about which sweeteners we recommend here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2.July 8, 2015 at 2:03 am #30079Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Katie. Water, including infused water (see this recipe as an examplehttp://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/crystal-punch/) and soda water is fine, as are teas and coffees. Additives are extra if in large amounts.
